Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 9:40 a.m., police responded to Hughes Street in Dresden for a bail violations investigation.
The woman had been arrested on July 8, 2024, and released with conditions prohibiting her from attending the residence.
The 42-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where she was held pending a bail hearing.
She currently faces the following charges: mischief and failing to comply with an undertaking.
As a result of the bail hearing, she was remanded into custody and transported to Southwest Regional Detention Centre.
Her next court appearance is scheduled for July 19, 2024.
