Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 1:41 a.m. on July 15, 2024, police located the man on Base Line in Wallaceburg and confirmed he was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to attend court in relation to an April 24, 2024, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 investigation in Chatham.
The 41-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and released with a future court date of August 12, 2024.
