Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On July 26, 2024 around 12 p.m., a 34-year-old male was arrested at his Chatham residence for non-compliance of his undertaking conditions by not being in the presence of his surety.Â
He was arrested and held pending a bail hearing.
