Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On July 31, 2024, at approximately 1:10 p.m., a 36-year-old Chatham man was arrested on the strength of a Chatham-Kent Police warrant in connection to a property crime investigation. The 36-year-old Chatham man was held in police custody for processing and later released with conditions and a future court date of August 26, 2024.

The 32-year-old Chatham man was held in police custody pending a bail hearing on
