“DID YOU KNOW that Civic Park used to be named “Queen Elizabeth Place?” or that Queen Elizabeth herself visited Wallaceburg not once but on two separate occasions? Here are some photos in the museum’s collection from her visit in August 1959 – nearly exactly 65 years ago!

As part of this celebration, Dominion Glass Factory made a run of glasses that featured the signature of the Queen and Prince Philip.
