Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8:06 p.m., police located the man on Murray Street in Wallaceburg.
The officer confirmed the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court in relation to a July 29, 2024, mischief investigation.
The 49-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was released with conditions and a future court date of September 23, 2024.
He is currently facing the following charges: mischief.
