At 9:35 a.m., police located the man on Margaret Avenue in Wallaceburg. The officer confirmed the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court in relation to a January 2024 mischief investigation in Wallaceburg.
The 32-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was held pending a bail hearing.
As a result of the bail hearing, he was remanded into custody until his next video court appearance on September 27, 2024.
He was transported to Southwest Regional Detention Centre.
He is currently facing the following charges: mischief endanger life and failing to attend court.
