Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 6, 2023, the man was arrested for unlawfully in a dwelling and released with conditions and a court date.
When the man failed to make the scheduled court appearance a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
On September 10, 2024, at 1:31 p.m., the 55-year-old Blenheim man was located on St. Clair Street in Chatham and arrested.
He was later released with a new court date of October 7, 2024.
