Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 16, 2024, the man was arrested and charged as a result of an assault investigation in Chatham. He was eventually released by the court with conditions and a scheduled court appearance.
When the man failed to attend court for a scheduled court appearance a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On September 15, 2024, at 8:09 a.m., the man attended police headquarters and turned himself in to the police.
He was released with a future court date of October 7, 2024.
He is currently facing the following charges: uttering threats and two counts of assault.
