Entegrus has been notified by Hydro One of a planned power outage that will affect the Town of Tilbury (2,308 customers) on Sunday, October 6 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
An alternate date, is scheduled for October 20 with the same times, Entegrus officials say.
“This outage is necessary to perform system upgrades,” Entegrus officials say.
“Customers are being notified by our interactive voice calling system. If you do not receive a call, please email customerservice@entegrus.com with your updated contact information. To receive these notifications vis text, visit: Entegrus.com/SMS.”
Entegrus officials added: “We recognize the inconvenience of being without power, and we appreciate your understanding while these critical upgrades are made.”
