Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 6:20 p.m., a disturbance call in Wallaceburg resulted in police locating an intoxicated 37-year-old male.
The male is currently bound by a Conditional Sentence Order with a condition to not consume alcohol.
He was arrested for the breaching that order and held for a bail hearing.
