Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Shortly after 1 a.m., on September 30, an officer on patrol located a male on a bicycle coming out of a field in Dover Township.
The male initially provided a false name however once his true identity was established, it was learned he was breaching his curfew.
The 24-year-old male then resisted arrest by trying to pull away from the officers however was taken into custody.
He was found in possession of crowbars, wrenches and other tools commonly used to commit break and enters.
The male was charged with breaching his Form 11 curfew condition, obstruct police, resist arrest, possession of break and enter tools and Highway Traffic Act offenses.
The male was held for a bail hearing.
