Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday, October 12, 2024, police officers arrested and charged a 62-year-old male with theft and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000 after leaving the Superstore in Chatham without paying for items.
He was released from custody with a future court date.
