Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 50-year-old Chatham man was found sleeping at an address on Tecumseh Road, Chatham.
The man was under a release order not to be near this property.
He was placed under arrest for failing to comply with his probation order.
It was also discovered that he had failed to appear in court on another charge.
The man was released with a future court date of Dec. 9, 2024.
