Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 6:07 a.m. on October 27, 2024, police received an alarm call from a business on Thames Street in Chatham.
Upon arrival, officers found the business insecure and discovered one bicycle, a neutral-colored Giant, had been stolen.
