Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 2:50 a.m., police responded to a disturbance near King Street East and Princess in Chatham.
Officers found an 18-year-old Chatham woman and a 21-year-old Dresden man, both highly intoxicated and unable to care for themselves.
They were arrested under the Liquor License Control Act and held in custody until sober.
