Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On October 29, 2024 a member of the Chatham-Kent Police observed a wanted man while attending to an unrelated call for service.
The 42-year-old Chatham man had an outstanding warrant for failing to court in relating to criminal driving charges.
The warrant was not endorsed and as a result the man was held pending bail.
