‘Haunted Halloween Walk-Thru’ being held on Walpole Island

BBK and Social Services are gearing up to host a “Haunted Halloween Walk-Thru” event on Wednesday, October 30, designed to offer thrills for both children and adults. The Halloween-themed event will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 150 Tecumseh Road, featuring spooky hallways, candy, and treats for all attendees.

The Social Services area is set to transform into a scarier experience aimed at brave souls, while BBK will offer a “child-friendly” hallway, allowing younger participants to enjoy the fun in a less frightening atmosphere. In addition to the themed decor, free candy and treats will be available for attendees.

Event organizers advise that all children be accompanied by an adult and request that individuals who are unwell refrain from participating.

This community-centered Halloween event is intended to be inclusive, catering to both those who enjoy a good scare and those who prefer a tamer Halloween experience.
