Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 9:35 a.m., a 41-year-old Wallaceburg man was located on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg.
The man had previously been released on several charges and failed to appear for his court date.
He failed to attend again and was arrested and held for a bail hearing.
