The following story ran in the Sydenham Current nearly 10 years on December 29, 2014:

Wallaceburg’s Shaun Suisham wrapped up – arguably – his best regular season of his 10-year NFL career yesterday.

Suisham was 2-2 on field goal attempts in a 27-17 Pittsburgh Steelers win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

With the win, the Steelers clinched the AFC North division.

Suisham was successful from 29-yards out in the second quarter and again from 25-yards out in the second.

He also converted all three of his PAT attempts.

Suisham and the Steelers will now host a first round playoff game on Saturday, January 3.

Their arch-rival Baltimore Ravens will be coming to town for an 8:15 p.m. kick-off.

Suisham finished the regular season 29 for 32 on field goal attempts, good for a 90.6 per cent clip.

This number placed him 6th in the NFL for the best field goal percentage.

His 29 field goals placed him tied for 8th in the league.
