Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night at approximately 10:15 p.m. officers on general patrol initiated a routine traffic stop.
Inside the vehicle, a 29-year-old Chatham man, known to police, was wanted for an outstanding warrant.
He was arrested on the strength of that warrant, and later released with a future court date to answer to the charge.
