Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 10:37 a.m. on November 23, 2024 a call was received for a woman checking doors on Heather Drive Chatham.
Officers were able to locate the woman and found her to have a laptop.
Through investigation it was found the laptop was stolen from a shed in the area.
A Chatham woman was arrested and charged with break and enter and the laptop returned to the owner.
The woman was released with a future court date.
