The deadline is approaching to sign up for Entegrus’ SMS Alerts by December 15, 2024 to support local food programs.
“Sign up for Entegrus SMS/Text message alerts between now and December 15 and we will donate up to five meals to local organizations battling food insecurity with every sign up,” Entegrus officials say.
“Customers who opt-in to receive Entegrus SMS notifications will now receive text messages rather than a phone call for: scheduled outages, specific customer notices, past due account notices and collection reminders, and budget payment amount changes.”
Entegrus officials added: “Customers may opt out at any time. Unplanned outage notifications are not currently included. Customers can visit Entegrus’ Outage Map or Social Media Channels for the latest unplanned outage information.”

– People will require their 13 digit account number.
