Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Earlier this morning at 4:51 a.m. officers observed a 28-year-old Wallaceburg man, known to police to be subject to a probation mandated curfew.
He was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and lodged for a bail hearing.
