OPP officials allege: On January 1, 2025, officers stopped a vehicle travelling more than 140 km/h in a 80 km/h section of Highway 40 near St. Andrews Line.
The driver, a 52-year-old from Merlin, faces a stunt driving charge, licence suspension and vehicle impoundment.
Speed remains a lead contributing factor in fatal collisions, slow down and arrive alive.
