Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 28-year-old man from Durham is facing charges after being observed urinating off the Third Street Bridge at 4:32 a.m. on Sunday while holding a beer.
Chatham-Kent police say he resisted arrest when approached by officers.
The man, flagged as armed and dangerous, was taken into custody and held for a bail hearing.
