Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police arrested a 45-year-old man early Sunday morning after a cycling-related incident on Taylor Avenue.
Officers stopped the man at 1:31 a.m. for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
He allegedly refused to identify himself and threw his bicycle at a police vehicle, causing no damage.
Following a brief struggle, he was arrested and released with a court date set for February 3, 2025.
