Griffith also picked up an assist in the 5-4 overtime win.
After picking up another helper on Sunday in a 4-1 loss, the winger sits just three points shy of 600 in his AHL career.
In 28 games this season, Griffith leads the team in scoring with 10 goals and 15 assists for 25 points.
