Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 40-year-old man was arrested on Monday morning after police responded to a report of an unwanted person sleeping on a property on Grand Avenue West.
The man was found in the company of a woman he is prohibited from associating with under court conditions.
He was charged with failure to comply and held for a bail hearing.
