The Sarnia Sting visited Wallaceburg Memorial Arena on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 for a practice and a community skate, as the first stop on their Community Crop Tour.
“We had the best time with the Sarnia Sting tonight,” Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association officials said on social media.
“Thank you for including us in your tour! Thank you to our U13 Girls for coming out for a practice and showing your skills and to our Wallaceburg community for showing up to skate! The arena was packed, the smiles were big and we loved every minute!”
The U13 Girls Lakers team was randomly selected for an exclusive practice session led by Sting players as well.
The OHL hockey club will also visit Mooretown on February 5, 2025.
