Chatham-Kent & Windsor Police execute outstanding warrants

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police arrested a 38-year-old man wanted on endorsed warrants by Windsor police on Wednesday afternoon in a parking lot on Wellington Street West, Chatham.

At the same time, Windsor police informed Chatham-Kent police of a 32-year-old man in their custody with outstanding warrants for Chatham-Kent.

Officers from Chatham-Kent were dispatched to Windsor to transfer custody of the two men.

The 32-year-old faces charges of failure to comply with a probation order, theft, and possession of stolen property.

He was released with a court date set for February 3.
