Intimate partner violence, theft, warrant executed in Windsor

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: The Windsor Police Service notified the Chatham-Kent Police Service that a 39-year-old Windsor man was in their custody and being held for bail. The Chatham-Kent Police Service had a catch-and-release warrant for him. Chatham-Kent Police officers traveled to Windsor, where they arrested him. He was released with conditions and given a future court date of March 3, 2025. We thank the Windsor Police Service for their assistance in this case.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested for theft and possession from an incident at a clothing store located at St. Clair Street in Chatham. He was subsequently released with a future court date of March 10, 2025.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 27-year-old Chatham man was located and arrested for intimate partner violence, possession of a weapon, and breaching his curfew. He was subsequently held for bail.
