Outstanding warrants executed in Wallaceburg and Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 11, 2025, at approximately 10:01 a.m., a 35-year-old Wallaceburg man, who was the subject of an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court, was located in Chatham and arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. He is currently held for bail.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 11, 2025, at approximately 10:39 a.m., a 39-year-old Chatham-Kent man, who is the subject of an endorsed arrest warrant for failing to attend court, was located in Chatham. The accused was supposed to attend court for the purpose of being fingerprinted. He was charged with a breach of probation under the Criminal Code of Canada. Subsequently, he was arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service and released with conditions and a future court date of February 27, 2025.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 11, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m., a 42-year-old Dresden man, who is the subject of a Toronto Police Service warrant for criminal harassment by using repeated telecommunications, surrendered himself to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters. Subsequently, he was released with a future court date of March 24, 2025.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 11, 2025, at approximately 4:54 p.m., a 50-year-old Chatham, woman, who is the subject of an endorsed warrant for failing to attend court, was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service in Chatham. Subsequently, she was arrested and held for bail.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 11, 2025, at approximately 5:14 p.m., a 43-year-old Chatham-Kent man, who is the subject of an endorsed warrant for failing to comply with his probation order, was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service in Wallaceburg. Subsequently, he was arrested and released with a future court date of March 10, 2025.
