Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On October 23, 2024, a 36-year-old man was charged by police for various sexual-related offences against a young person.
Upon release from police custody, the man entered in an undertaking with a specific condition prohibiting him from communicating or being in the company of any person under the age of 16, with limited exceptions.
On March 6, 2025, at approximately 11:12 p.m., members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a domestic dispute Blenheim.
Upon arrival, police located and identified the 36-year-old man, and through investigation determined him to be breaching the conditions of his undertaking.
As such, the man was arrested and transported to police headquarters pending a bail hearing the following morning.
