Outstanding warrants executed in Wallaceburg, Ridgetown and Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On March 12, 2025, at approximately 7:28 p.m., a 28-year-old Wallaceburg woman, was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service in Wallaceburg. The accused possessed outstanding warrants for the operation of a vehicle while prohibited, failure to comply with her probation order and failure to attend court. Subsequently she was arrested and was released with a future court date of April 28, 2029.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On March 12, 2025, at approximately 7:28 p.m., a 37-year-old Ridgetown man turned himself in at the Chatham-Kent Police Service, Ridgetown. He possessed several warrants for failing to comply, uttering threats, breaking and entering and possession of a dangerous weapon. He was arrested and held for bail. As a result of the bail hearing, he was remanded into custody and transported to SWDC until his next court appearance scheduled for March 18, 2025, by video.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On March 12, 2025, at approximately 5:39 p.m., a 29-year-old Chatham man, who is the subject of an unendorsed warrant for indecent act and failure to attend court was located by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. The accused was involved in a prior occurrence for indecent exposure after deliberately exposing his backside to a witness in public view. The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to the complaint, located the individual, and made an arrest. Due to his outstanding warrant, the accused was arrested and is currently being held for bail.
