St. Clair Catholic District School Board has announced the appointment of Jen Morrow as Superintendent of Education, effective April 1, 2025.
Morrow, who currently serves as System Principal of Special Education, brings more than 20 years of experience in Catholic education.
She has been instrumental in developing initiatives that support students’ academic, social, and well-being needs, including the implementation of Project Search, a program designed to help students with special education needs transition into competitive employment. Her leadership experience includes roles as an elementary school principal, vice principal, and system program resource consultant.
“Jen has made a lasting impact on our schools through her deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success,” said incoming Director of Education Lisa Demers, in a media release. “She is a collaborative leader who always puts students first, and we are thrilled to see her step into this role.”
Morrow holds a Master of Education with a concentration in Curriculum Studies, a Supervisory Officer’s Certificate, and specialist qualifications in Special Education and Religious Education. She is dedicated to the role of Catholic education in shaping students’ academic, spiritual, and moral development.

This opportunity is a blessing, and I look forward to working with staff, students, and families to foster inclusive, faith-filled learning environments.”
Morrow will take over the position currently held by Lisa Demers, who has been appointed Director of Education.
