It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald Broaders of Sombra on Saturday, April 12, 2025, after a short and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 66.
Born in Wallaceburg, he was the son of Brenda (Donahue) Broaders and the late Augustine Broaders (2018). Much loved and adored brother of Jerry Broaders (Kelly) and Brenda Lynn Mel (Chris). Dear Uncle of Nathan (Delta), Corey (Christina) and Kelsey (Keil). Cherished nephew of Don and Kathy Donahue.
He will be fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles and cousins as well as many dear friends.
Visiting for friends and family will be held at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Tuesday.
The funeral will be celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 16 at 11 am.
Interment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery in Sombra.
