A beloved summer tradition is set to return to Rotary Park in Dresden, as the Dresden Christian Concert Series kicks off on June 29 with a lineup of uplifting performances scheduled every Sunday evening through July.
Organized by the Dresden and District Christian Ministerial, the free concert series will feature a variety of local Christian music groups, offering a mix of gospel, contemporary worship, and inspirational songs.
Concerts begin at 6:30 p.m., and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and enjoy the outdoor, drive-in style event. In case of rain, performances will be moved indoors to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church at the corner of St. George and St. John streets.
This year’s concert lineup includes:
June 29 – One A-Chord
July 6 – Faith Baptist Praise Team
July 13 – The Chapelaires
July 20 – The Klassens
July 27 – Verscheure Worship Team
The concert series not only brings together performers and community members in faith and fellowship, but also provides a welcoming, family-friendly environment for music lovers of all ages.
Organizers recommend checking the Dresden Christian Concerts Facebook page for any schedule changes or weather-related updates.
