Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On June 6, 2025, at approximately 7:34 p.m. the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a report of a suspected impaired driver in the Tilbury area.
A complainant contacted police after a vehicle left the road and drove onto private property.
Officers located the driver, a 30-year-old female from Tilbury and an investigation was conducted, which resulted in an arrest for impaired operation. Two breath samples obtained, both well above the legal limit.
The individual was charged with the following:
– Operation while Impaired- Alcohol and Drugs
– Operation while Impaired- Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus).
She was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and was released with a scheduled future court date of July 7, 2025.
