The Optimist Club of Sombra Township and the Port Lambton Athletic Association will host a Canadian Red Cross babysitting course later this month.
The course is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Port Lambton Community Hall, located at 507 Stoddard Street in Port Lambton.
The event is open to youth between the ages of 11 and 15. Pre-registration is required by June 20. Participants must provide their name, address, date of birth, contact number, and a parent’s email address.
Attendees are asked to bring a lunch, with nearby options including Shaykin-Bait and MJ’s Restaurant. Drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day.
