Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 31-year-old man was arrested Thursday evening for violating court-ordered conditions.
Police say the man had been released by the court in May with conditions requiring him to remain at his residence during curfew hours.
However, he was found sleeping in the vestibule of a building on King Street West on May 30.
A warrant was issued after he failed to comply and could not be located.
On June 26 at 5:33 p.m., CN Police found him at the intersection of Princess and Colborne streets and arrested him on the outstanding warrant.
He was transported to police headquarters and is being held pending a bail hearing.
