Valerie Ann Park, a life long resident of Wallaceburg passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, July 18, 2025 at the Chatham Kent Hospice at the age of 74 years.
She was born in Chatham, the eldest daughter of the late Ernie and Marie (McEvoy) Green. Loving mother of Haley (Steven) Taylor, Tom (Joanne Munroe) Park and Lindsay (Ryan Berdan) Park. Cherished grandmother to Benjamin, Jack, Alexandra and Joshua. Kind sister to Bill (Liz) Green, Vivian (Frank) Jardine, Kevin (Becky) Green, Christine (Ollie Hill) White, Carl Green, Charlie (Lori) Green and Colleen Green. Predeceased by her brother Bryan Green. She will always be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The late Valerie Park is resting at the Eric F Nicholls Funeral Home 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg 519-627-2861). Visitation will take place on Monday, July 21, 2025 from 4-7 PM. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from Our Lady Help of Christians Church. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Chatham Kent Hospice maybe left at the Funeral Home.
