Ontario Provincial Police are advising motorists of significant traffic backups on Highway 402 westbound leading to the Blue Water Bridge, with congestion extending to Airport Road.
OPP officials posted the advisory on social media on Monday, September 1, 2025 at 4:43 p.m.
Both commercial and passenger drivers are being reminded to follow traffic laws and prepare for delays.
Officers are patrolling the area to help ensure safety during the busy Labour Day weekend.
