Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: An 80-year-old Chatham man is facing impaired driving charges after a traffic stop on St. Clair Street.
Chatham-Kent police say officers responded to a driving complaint around 5:09 p.m. Wednesday. A roadside screening test was conducted, which the man failed.
He was arrested and taken to police headquarters for further testing, which also resulted in a failed result. The man was later released with a court date scheduled for September 24.
