The Sombra Museum and Cultural Centre is partnering with the St. Clair Township Fire Department to present a public fire safety seminar on Tuesday, October 21.
The session, led by Deputy Fire Chief Andrew McMillan, will focus on the leading causes of house fires and how to prevent them. Attendees will also learn how to ensure their smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are functioning properly.
The talk begins at 7 p.m. at the Sombra Museum, 3476 St. Clair Parkway. Admission is $10 at the door.
