Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 33-year-old Windsor man has been charged in connection with a 2023 gas theft in Tilbury.
Police said the incident occurred on Sept. 26, 2023, when the suspect pumped fuel at a Mill Street West gas station and left without paying. Through investigation, officers identified the man and issued a warrant for his arrest.
On Oct. 15, 2025, the suspect attended Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where he was arrested on the outstanding warrant. He was released with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 10, 2025.
