Wallaceburg man charged after ATV incident

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 48-year-old Wallaceburg man is facing multiple charges after police responded to a complaint about an ATV being driven on private property Thursday morning.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service says that on October 16, 2025, at about 9:07 a.m., officers located the ATV and its driver on Chenal Road. Police determined the man had a suspended driver’s licence and was in possession of alcohol and cannabis, breaching his probation conditions.

He was charged with driving while under suspension and failure to comply with a probation order. The man was transported to police headquarters and later released with a court date set for November 26, 2025.
