Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police conducted R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) spot checks Sunday evening in several areas of the municipality.
Officers stopped 50 vehicles on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg at 10:07 p.m., 65 vehicles on Keil Drive North in Chatham at 10:12 p.m., and 85 vehicles on Queens Line in Tilbury at 10:20 p.m.
Police said one Approved Screening Device test was conducted in Tilbury with no infractions reported. One Highway Traffic Act caution was issued in Chatham.
