OPP officials allege: A 68-year-old Lambton County resident has been arrested after allegedly breaching court-ordered conditions.
Just before 11 a.m. on November 5, 2025, members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a person failing to comply with a release order at a residence on Mia Lane in Camlachie, within the Municipality of Plympton-Wyoming.
Police said the individual was taken into custody without incident and charged under the Criminal Code with failing to comply with a release order.
There were no concerns for public safety, and police noted the response was part of an ongoing investigation into court order compliance.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia.
