The Royal Canadian Legion Br. 18 held their annual Remembrance Day ceremony at the Wallaceburg Cenotaph on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

“Today, we pause to remember,” Branch 18 officials said on social media.
“We pause to reflect on the bravery, courage, and sacrifice of all who have served — those who never returned home, and those who continue to serve with honour. Each poppy we wear, each moment of silence we share, is a tribute to the men and women who gave so much so that we may live in peace and freedom.
The Legion added: “To our Veterans — past and present — thank you. Thank you for your service. Thank you for your courage. Thank you for the freedoms we hold dear every single day. Together, we will honour and remember. Lest We Forget.”
The service included the laying of wreaths and the traditional Two Minutes of Silence at 11 a.m.
